What happens after you get in touch

Once your enquiry reaches us, we read through the details and get back to you during office hours to talk about the next step. For a small domestic job that might be a few questions over the phone. For larger work, such as a rewire, a consumer unit upgrade, a commercial fit-out or a new-build project, we will usually arrange to look at the site or the drawings before pricing it.

The more you can tell us at the start, the quicker we can help. Useful things to mention are the address or nearest town, the type of property, roughly how old the wiring is if you know, and whether the building is occupied. If something has stopped working, tell us what happened and when. Photos of the consumer unit, the fault or the area you want changed are always welcome.

If you are a builder, developer or managing agent, send drawings, a specification or a schedule of works and we can price from those. For testing, tell us how many circuits or units are involved and when the last certificate was issued.
